
Biography
Tracey Kumar is a Lawyer within Coleman Greig’s Wills & Estate Planning Team.
Tracey has strong accounting background allows her to holistically evaluate her client’s circumstances whilst effectively working alongside financial advisors and accountants to ensure that her client’s estate planning is both tax effective and allows for asset protection.
She has specific experience including Converting discretionary trusts to fixed trusts for land tax; obtaining various stamp duty concessions; implementation of limited recourse borrowing arrangements; Remission of penalties and interest; and, application of the Commissioner of Taxation’s discretion in relation to Division 7A.
Working with small to medium sized enterprises, developers, high-net-worth individuals, executors to families and their advisors has enabled Tracey to see the bigger picture in various situations and think ahead for her clients.
