Biography
Therese Austin is a Licensed Conveyancer in Coleman Greig’s Conveyancing team.
With more than 35 years’ experience in property law, Therese is experienced in all aspects of property and conveyancing including leasing.
Therese undertakes domestic conveyancing, as well as more diverse and complex transactions. These include the sales of commercial properties and acting on behalf of an Estate/Trustee/Liquidator/Receiver on the sale of a property and even acting on the sale of a caravan park. She also provides advice to clients on entering into a retirement village.
Therese combines personalised service with efficiency and dedication to getting the job done. Her friendly and professional manner and ability to remain calm under pressure results in consistent positive feedback from clients.
Prior to joining Coleman Greig, Therese spent 15 years at a top tier law firm where she developed and honed her property skills. She also ran her own conveyancing practice in Gladesville
