Rebecca Watters is an Associate in Coleman Greig’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

Rebecca has worked across a broad range of commercial areas and has a particular strength in commercial disputes/litigation. She has demonstrated experience dealing with disputes in areas such as directors’ duties, partnerships, building and construction, lease disputes and contract disputes, as well as debt recovery.

In addition, Rebecca has experience working in property law, family law, as well as the full suite of wills & estate planning.

She regularly acts for both individual and corporate clients on a national and international scale across a spectrum of practice areas.

By applying her practical skillset and knowledge, Rebecca maintains a pragmatic approach to complex commercial disputes and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

In 2022, Rebecca featured in an episode of Lawyers Weekly’s “Boutique Lawyer” podcast which ended up ranking as the third most downloaded episode of 2022.

Outside of work, Rebecca has a passion for interior design, attending concerts, playing the piano and going on walks with her dog Polly.
