Ben Johnson represented me calmly and confidently at my strata mediation and subsequently prepared and submitted the application, motion and by-law for my major renovation. His attitude and pragmatism were as crucial as his experience and expertise to the achievement of my desired outcomes. My only regret is that I didn't seek his counsel when my strata dispute first arose!
