Biography
Anthony Losurdo is a Lawyer in our Dispute Resolution & Employment Solutions team. He specialises in commercial litigation.
He has in-depth understanding of the Court and Tribunal processes, having been involved in matters in the New South Wales Local, District and Supreme Courts. Anthony has also dealt with matters in the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Federal Court of Australia.
Anthony’s clients include small, medium and large businesses, individuals and insolvency practitioners (liquidators/administrators). He understands that for many, litigation can be a new and frightening experience. Effective and clear communication are prioritised, ensuring that his clients are informed throughout every stage of the process.
Detail orientated, Anthony prides himself on taking the time to find out all relevant factors in his clients’ matters. This, combined with understanding each client’s needs, ensures that he provides advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
Having started with Coleman Greig after his initial role as a Legal Clerk, Anthony is passionate about professional development and providing excellence to his clients.

- Acted in a Competition and Consumer Act Cartel Conduct allegation by the ACCC. Anthony collaborated with the company to ensure all documents requested by the ACCC were provided and sufficient responses were given to explain all necessary
- Acted in a Director/Shareholder dispute. Anthony’s client had owned five companies, three businesses and over 15 properties with one other partner since the 1970s. The business partners had a falling out and through mediation Anthony managed to settle the proceedings. The matter required knowledge of company structures and tax advice
- Acted in a defect dispute between the client (the homeowner) and the builder. The matter is bordering on potential limitation/jurisdictional issues within the Home Building Act
