Why use Workplace Connect?

Coleman Greig’s clients who already use the Workplace Connect service appreciate the value our lawyers can add to their daily decision-making processes.

“Since we began using Coleman Greig Lawyers for employment relations advice, we have found them to provide excellent service in terms of dealing with our issues in a timely and professional manner. Their advice has always been of a high standard and continues to help us resolve the many different issues our company confronts from time to time.

We are very happy with the service and advice we receive and have never had any reason to even consider an alternative!”

Claude Simeone, Finance & Accounting Manager, Kawasaki Motors Pty Ltd

“I have been working with the Coleman Greig Employment team for nine years now and I occasionally wonder how I would have survived the more stressful and frustrating moments of my role in Human Resources without the comfort of having the Coleman Greig team on the other end of the phone! There have been many times when we have called about an ongoing or unusual situation at work and they have always been able to provide the most pragmatic and appropriate advice for each given situation.

The team is so responsive, and if someone isn’t available immediately, they will either follow up within a short period of time or suggest someone else who will be able to assist. Not only have they been able to provide the appropriate legal advice, but they have also (unknowingly) provided the confidence and reassurance (and humour) that we have needed to act swiftly and appropriately… and maintain our sanity! I would recommend this service to anyone who requires employment law advice.”

The key difference is the established, ongoing relationship. You can access advice immediately for day-to-day matters without needing a new engagement agreement for every query, making the process faster and more efficient.

Absolutely not. Transparency is central to this CG service. There are no joining fees or subscriptions. You are only billed for the time and services you actually use.

No problem. If an issue requires more extensive work, we’ll scope the project separately and clearly outline the costs. Your established relationship means there’s no need to start from scratch.
