Our Board

Caroline Hutchinson 

Caroline Hutchinson is  Chair and Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. She also leads the Firm’s Litigation Team.

Caroline is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and possesses a sound understanding of the financial and governance issues affecting companies.

Passionate about the development of lawyers Caroline is known as an advocate in the legal profession. Caroline has been a member of the Litigation Law and Practice Committee of the Law Society of NSW since 2014.

Strongly committed to the community, Caroline is also the Ambassador for Coleman Greig’s Women in Business Forum, working in partnership with sponsors and the not-for-profit organisations which are supported at the events.

Rebecca Hegarty

Rebecca Hegarty is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. She also leads the Firm’s Commercial Law Practice.

Having strong ties to Western Sydney and its business community, Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President of the Parramatta & District Law Society.

Rebecca was awarded Mentor of the Year in 2021 by the Women Lawyers Association of NSW and she was a Finalist in two categories of the 2021 Lawyers Weekly Awards – Partner of the Year: Commercial Law, and Mentor of the Year.

Nick Kallipolitis

Nick Kallipolitis is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. Nick Kallipolitis is also a member of Coleman Greig’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, and has been an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation since November 2013.

Outside of his litigation practice, Nick enjoys giving back to the local community, which he does through his involvement in the Coleman Greig Challenge. He is also involved in the Parramatta District Law Society, and works as an advisor to the Western Sydney University School of Law.

Malcolm Campbell

Malcolm Campbell is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. He is also a Principal within the Firm’s Commercial Advice Team.

Malcolm is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and is an engaging speaker, regularly presenting webinars, seminars and workshops to a wide range of audiences, from not-for-profit organisations and charities through to top tier firms and peak body groups such as LawCover, the College of Law and Legalwise CPD seminars.

For over ten years Malcolm, has been an active supporter of the Save Our Sons charity, a role which has seen him help raise public awareness and much needed funding for research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Adam West

Adam West is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. As well as a Principal Lawyer and Team Leader in the Firm’s Family Law Team.

He is both an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and an Accredited Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator.

Adam has sat on the Legal Aid Commission of NSW Panel for Family Law Solicitors, representing clients who receive legal aid funding, and has done pro bono work through the Hawkesbury Nepean Legal Centre.

Andrea Foot

Andrea Foot is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. Andrea Foot joined Coleman Greig’s Board in 2019.

Andrea has more than 30 years of experience working in the IT Industry across the UK, North America and the APAC markets.  Her career has encompassed establishing and running operations in Australia for international technology companies, breaking into new markets, and a range of entrepreneurial roles that have called for patience, resilience and ingenuity.

With a wealth of experience and commercial acumen, as well as a unique perspective on what it takes to unlock the value of technology, Andrea will be able to apply her knowledge, skills and insight into the business of law to her role with Coleman Greig.
