Elicha’s role is to develop, implement and manage Human Resource strategies and initiatives at the Firm and before joining Coleman Greig she had an extensive career in similar roles in professional services firms.
She understands the unique pressures and requirements placed on professionals and works hard to ensure all staff at Coleman Greig are properly supported.
As the Head of People and Capability, Elicha works closely with internal stakeholders of all levels whilst managing the responsibility of facilitating cultural change and performance management programs within the firm.
Sally is tertiary qualified and a highly experienced marketing, communications, and business development professional. She has substantial senior level experience covering strategy and planning, leadership, communications, branding and promotion, digital content; campaign development, market research, and event management.
Sally has extensive networks having worked in private, public and not-for profit sectors. She is a member of Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) and has served on the NSW committee as Chair and as a Director on the National Board.
Kerrie has more than 25 years’ experience in financial management and reporting. Her experience includes strategic analysis, process improvement, cash flow monitoring, system implementation and accounting management. She is a certified practising accountant and has worked for various industries prior to joining Coleman Greig.
Kerrie works closely with the chief executive officer and equity partners to deliver strategic planning, financial reporting and budgeting initiatives and applies her financial and commercial skillset to drive continuous business improvement.
Kerrie’s philosophy of “Cash is King” is her passion to keep the firm focussed on achieving outstanding financial hygiene.
Rory Muscat is the firm’s Business Development Manager. The role entails building and developing relationships within the marketplace with professional services companies with the focus of obtaining referrals of legal work to Coleman Greig on a reciprocal basis.
Rory sets goals and develops plans for business and revenue growth. He conducts research to implement new target market initiatives and to determine prospective accounts in the market. Rory pursues any client leads and moves them through the sales cycle.
Rory’s career has span over the past 44 years including banking for 32 years and relationship management and business development over the past 12 years where he has developed and grown his skills in relationship management, communication and time management.
