Biography

Selina Comertpay is an Associate in Coleman Greig’s Property Services team.

Her experience covers residential, commercial, and development transactions in New South Wales and interstate. She is known for her approachable and practical manner, taking the time to explain processes clearly and ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.

Prior to her current role, Selina worked at national and boutique law firms where she gained extensive experience managing end-to-end property matters and supporting complex transactions across both residential and commercial property sectors.

Selina has experience advising on acquisitions and disposals, off-the-plan developments, due diligence, property financing matters, title and registration issues and complex conveyancing transactions. She has also worked closely with developer clients on high-volume projects, including land, apartment, and industrial warehouse developments, from contract preparation through to settlement.

Throughout her career, Selina has acted for a diverse client base including developers, corporate entities, government bodies, financiers, charitable organisations, high-net-worth individuals, and private clients across multiple Australian jurisdictions. No matter the client, Selina aims to guide each client with a clear and practical approach to each transaction. She values building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and takes pride in delivering responsive, efficient, and solutions-focused service tailored to each client’s individual needs.

  • Property sale and purchase transactions across various Australian jurisdictions including NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
  • Working with various developers on off-the-plan developments including land, apartment and industrial warehouse projects.
  • Assisted on complex transactions including mixed-use developments, sale of shopping centres and property related disputes (pursuant to Court Orders and acting for liquidators, receivers and managers).
  • Experience advising on property financing matters, mortgage and security documentation and independent legal advice.
