Michelle Bridges is one of Australia’s most influential fitness experts, media personalities and entrepreneurs. Best known for her long-running role on The Biggest Loser, Michelle has built a powerful personal brand underpinned by commercial success and long-term impact. She is the co-founder of the globally recognised 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) business, which has helped millions of people worldwide achieve sustainable results while growing into a highly successful digital platform.

Beyond fitness, Michelle is a bestselling author, business owner and sought-after corporate speaker, sharing practical insights on entrepreneurship, brand building, resilience, leadership and mindset. In 2024 Michelle launched ‘The Menopause Method’ within 12WBT. A specific program for women, providing a platform of knowledge and assistance with health, wellbeing and nutrition, who are going through peri-menopause and menopause.

Most recently, in 2024, she was a contestant on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
