Coleman Greig Lawyers welcomed more than 150 guests to the Grand Ballroom at Oatlands Estate on 5 March for its annual Women in Business International Women’s Day Lunch, featuring keynote speaker Michelle Bridges.

Now in its 19th year, the Coleman Greig Women in Business Forum brought together professionals from across the Greater Western Sydney business community for an afternoon of connection, inspiration and support for an important cause.

Michelle Bridges, one of Australia’s most recognisable fitness entrepreneurs, authors and media personalities, delivered the keynote address. Drawing on stories from across her life and career, Michelle spoke about building a successful business, including sharing insights on persistence, mindset and health.

Her engaging presentation combined personal experiences, humour and thoughtful lessons. The session left the audience feeling positive and energised.

Coleman Greig Principal Lawyer and Wills & Estate Planning Team Leader, Erin Dawson, served as MC for the event, hosting the firm’s Women in Business lunch for the first time.

“International Women’s Day is a great opportunity to hear real experiences and perspectives from inspiring women in business,” Erin said.

“It’s a chance to bring people together, hear honest and inspiring stories, and celebrate the contribution women make to business and our broader community.”

The event also supported charity partner Women’s Community Shelters, which provides accommodation and support for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence or homelessness. Guests heard from the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer and learned more about the important work being carried out across their community-based shelters.

Through fundraising activities on the day, more than $5,000 was raised to support the organisation’s work.

Coleman Greig Lawyers has been part of the Greater Western Sydney community for almost a century, and remains committed to supporting local organisations and initiatives that make a meaningful difference.

This year’s event was proudly supported by Major Sponsor, St George Bank and Event Partner, DVT Mcleods. Next year will mark 20 years of the Coleman Greig Women in Business Forum.
