International Women’s Day Lunch with Abigail Forsyth

Celebrate International Women’s Day and Coleman Greig’s 95th Anniversary at our first major Women in Business event for 2023!

Join us in-person at the Waterview in Bicentennial park where you will hear from our incredibly talented keynote speaker, Abigail Forsyth, Co-Founder and CEO of KeepCup.

Following a successful career as a solicitor at a Melbourne law firm, Abigail and her brother Jamie set up Bluebag cafes across the city. Alarmed by the amount of disposable packaging being wasted, Abigail started her search for less impactful ways to serve food, and the concept of KeepCup soon became a reality.

This International Women’s Day, hear Abigail’s inspiring journey of becoming a leader in the global movement to inspire reduce and reuse.

Fundraising
We will be supporting Plastic Oceans Australasia (POA), a not-for-profit organisation on a mission to change the world’s attitude to plastic within a generation.

Every year 12 million tons of plastic waste escapes into our ocean. POA provides educational programs for businesses and schools on how to reduce their plastic footprint while raising awareness about its impact on the ocean.

The lunch will also celebrate Coleman Greig’s 95th Anniversary, so make sure you join us on 8 March where we can re-connect, show our support to each other, and continue our wonderful celebration of Women in Business.
