Biography

Thomas De Martino is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Family Law team. He balances empathy and professionalism, providing clients with considered, strategic and practical legal advice in an easy-to-understand manner.

Approachable and supportive, Thomas recognises the unique complexities of each clients’ personal circumstances.

He is experienced in assisting clients affected by domestic violence and high conflict separations. Thomas also works in Family Law matters involving same-sex couples, surrogacy arrangements and donor agreements.

Thomas has a keen interest in property, particularly complex property matters involving different corporate and trust structures. Having started his Family Law career working for an Independent Children’s Lawyer, Thomas also has a particular interest in parenting matters.

Outside of work, Thomas plays First Grade, Division 2 rugby union.
