Shannon McNee
Biography
Shannon McNee is a Senior Associate within Coleman Greig’s Commercial Advice team.
Shannon has broad commercial advice experience. This includes large scale business acquisitions/disposals, commercial contracting and terms of trade, corporate structuring and business succession, as well as commercial property.
Flexibility is key when meeting the needs of clients, and he adapts his communication style and method to best suit the client. Shannon has a down-to-earth approach and offers practical solutions to legal issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
His clients include established national and international businesses and Shannon also has significant experience working for local authorities in London and in Australia.
Shannon previously lived in the United Kingdom and Spain where he developed an interest in Spanish and has since gained an intermediate knowledge of the language.
