Coleman Greig appoints Trisha Scott as Head of People & Capability

Coleman Greig Lawyers has appointed Ms Trisha Scott as the firm’s new Head of People & Capability, effective from 10 August 2022.

Ms Scott is well known in the legal industry as a high performing, strategic thinker. Ms Scott has qualifications in law and human resources and brings more than 16 years’ experience to the role, working across both the legal and financial services sectors.

Andrea Galloway, Chief Executive Officer, Coleman Greig Lawyers said “I am delighted Trisha has joined the leadership team at Coleman Greig. Trisha has extensive experience that will add significant value and I look forward to working with her.”

Ms Scott is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and holds a current NSW Practising Certificate. Most recently Ms Scott was at Eclipse Trading as Head of Human Resources and prior to that she worked in a number of law firms as the manager of human resources

Ms Scott is passionate about providing internal employee development, team effectiveness and leadership development consulting to all levels of an organisation.
