Madison Kelly recognised as Accredited Specialist in Family Law

Coleman Greig is thrilled to announce that Senior Associate Madison Kelly has been recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

To achieve Specialist Accreditation, a rigorous assessment process must be undertaken. Individuals must draw on existing skills and knowledge to demonstrate competency and skills. Madison successfully achieved this whilst maintaining her commitment to clients

A dedicated lawyer, Madison is adept at resolving her clients’ Family Law matters while minimising emotional stress. She is valued and trusted by the firm and her colleagues in the wider legal profession.

Coleman Greig’s Principal/Director and fellow Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Adam West said, “We are extremely excited and proud of Madison’s achievement.  Madison has spent her entire legal career working at Coleman Greig in our family law team and in that time she has demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of the family law process.  The fact that Madison is now recognised as an Accredited Specialist in family law is testament to her desire to be one of the best young lawyers working in family law.  Madison should be proud of this recognition and her many achievements in her career to date.”

Giving back to the community and legal profession

Passionate about access to legal services for all, Madison has been proactive in identifying pro bono opportunities for her team. She is actively involved in driving activities in this space. In addition, Madison mentors high school students wishing to pursue a legal career.

She is also a mentor within the firm, spending valuable time with junior staff to provide them with encouragement and practical guidance.

In 2023, Madison facilitated a new Law Society of NSW course, ‘Family Law for Support Staff’ which is now presented twice a year.
