Coleman Greig Recognised as a Winner in 2025 HRD Employer of Choice

We are proud to announce that Coleman Greig has again been selected as a 5-Star HRD Employer of Choice for 2025.

The annual special report uses quantitative and qualitative data obtained from employee surveys and employer submissions to celebrate some of the best organisations to work for in Australia.

This is the fifth time the firm has been selected as a 5-Star Employer of Choice, having already been recognised in 2024, 2023, 2021 & 2020.

Coleman Greig’s CEO, Ashley Lamb, said, “We are passionate about continuing to build a firm that provides clients with expert advice and superior service whilst ensuring we maintain a supportive and positive environment for our employees to work in.”

HRD’s data obtained from organisations across Australia showed that both flexible working arrangements and training and development opportunities were amongst the most impactful employee benefits in 2025.

Ashley commented, “We are committed to driving our employees’ success and career development through direct access to senior practitioners, on the job mentoring and training resources. We have also continued to adopt a hybrid working policy to give our employees the flexibility they require to remain and progress within their roles.”

Coleman Greig is excited to announce that Caroline Hutchinson, Principal Director, has been awarded the title of Honorary Fellow of the University by Western Sydney University (WSU). Caroline is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and Head of Coleman Greig’s Litigation & Employment Law teams.
