Biography
Michael Cantrall is an Associate in Coleman Greig’s Family Law Team.
Michael works across a suite of family law areas. He has demonstrated experience in binding financial agreements, de-facto relationships, child support, divorce and separation, parenting issues and property settlements.
Prior to his admission, he worked in the area of Children’s Law assisting with matters in the Children’s Court of New South Wales, and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
A recent matter that Michael has been involved in involved conducting audits of files from the Department of Communities and Justice and NSW Police for the purposes of making a monetary claim from Victims Services for children that have experienced abuse/neglect.
He is adept at identifying key Family Law issues with respect to both parenting and property matters. Michael’s approach ensures that he provides practical legal advice, taking into consideration cost, delays and the personal impact of proposed courses of action.
