Senior Associate Promotions

Sophia JohnstonWills & Estate Planning

Sophia specialises in estate litigation, probate applications and estate administration. She works with individuals and not-for-profit organisations and has an excellent grasp of the intricacies of wills and estate planning regarding each unique set of circumstances. An astute practitioner, Sophia prioritises clear communication with her clients, ensuring they understand every step of the process, so they can make informed decisions regarding their wishes.

Sebastian Flaherty-TesorieroFamily Law

Sebastian works with family law clients from a range of diverse backgrounds. Commercially minded, he has a particular interest in the financial considerations and impacts of separation including circumstances where there are significant assets, assets overseas, and complex business and trust structures. Sebastian provides pragmatic and easy-to-understand advice to ensure clients are fully informed and identifies his clients’ long-term objectives, working to achieve the best outcome.

Associate Promotions

Thomas De MartinoFamily Law

Thomas has experience working across a wide range of complex family law matters including assisting clients affected by domestic violence and high conflict separations, to matters involving same-sex couples, surrogacy arrangements and donor agreements. In addition, Thomas has a keen interest in property, particularly complex property matters involving different corporate and trust structures. Thomas balances empathy and professionalism, providing clients with considered, strategic and practical legal advice in an accessible and supportive manner.

Kaitlyn LooFamily Law

Kaitlyn works across a broad range of family law matters, including complex parenting matters, and has experience assisting clients of all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. She understands the emotional stress the family law process can cause and helps minimise this stress by undertaking a step-by-step approach to ensure her clients understand each stage of the process. Prior to joining Coleman Greig, Kaitlyn was an Associate to two Judges of Division One of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Fiona SmithCommercial Law

Fiona specialises in providing clients with tailored commercial advice and contract reviews. She is passionate about assisting clients in matters relating to intellectual property, brand protection, privacy and data protection. With over 25 years’ experience in the media, music and broadcast industries, Fiona brings a practical understanding of the commercial landscape and the challenges clients face. She works closely with her clients to ensure she provides the best solution possible for their individual circumstances and needs.

Caroline is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and Head of Coleman Greig’s Litigation & Employment Law teams.
