Kaitlyn Loo
Biography
Kaitlyn Loo is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Family Law team.
Prior to joining Coleman Greig, Kaitlyn was an Associate to two Judges of Division One of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Kaitlyn understands that the Family Law process can cause significant emotional stress on clients. She helps to minimise those stresses by undertaking a step-by-step approach to ensure that her clients understand each stage of the process.
Kaitlyn always exercises patience when speaking to clients and uses Plain English to explain legal principles.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn has volunteered at Lifeline as a Crisis Support Worker. In her free time she enjoys brunch at a cafe with friends and the occasional shopping.

- Complex parenting matters involving serious domestic violence allegations, resist/refuse dynamic, serious drug and alcohol issues and relocation, property matters, contravention hearings, applications for Review, and appeals.
- Working intimately with a Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Judge managing the Critical Incident List which assists non-parent carers obtain parental responsibility and live with orders in matters where one or both parents are not able to care for the child due to specific criteria.
