Barbara Shafton
Biography
Barbara Shafton is the Conveyancing Manager & Practice Group Advisor for Coleman Greig’s Commercial Property team having joined the firm in 2009.
She has over 20 years’ experience in the field, starting as a Junior Conveyancing Assistant in 1999 before gaining her qualifications as a licensed conveyancer in 2005.
During her career Barbara has gained valuable and extensive experience in residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, off the plan purchase contracts, Option Agreements and acting for developers on the sale of their off the plan units, vacant land and commercial developments.
Barbara has carved out a niche for herself that is beyond your typical Licensed Conveyancer. She has expanded her skillset over the years to be a leading residential conveyancer in her field, working on many large residential, commercial, and industrial projects including large scale developments.
Barbara takes pride in her attention to detail and efficient work practices, helping to ensure clients’ property transactions run as smoothly as possible.
Barbara is well respected by her clients and referrers and enjoys and helping them through the process with sound advice and guidance. No matter how large or small, Barbara prioritises client service throughout the entire transaction.
