Coleman Greig is thrilled to announce that the firm has won the 2021 ‘Employer of Choice’ HR Daily (HRD) Award for the second year running.
The HRD Award for ‘Employer of Choice’ recognises organisations that have developed leading workplaces that maximise the full potential of their workforce through practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, leadership, engagement and retention.
With many workplaces struggling during COVID-19, Coleman Greig has adapted and showed great agility, continuing to service clients while caring for its people. Within days of the pandemic the firm had a dedicated COVID-19 Blog established, which contains relevant information for employers, businesses and individuals as well as timely updates from the Government. The firm also adapted to working remotely extremely efficiently and were able to collectively raise over $140,000 for charities through their annual Coleman Greig Challenge – which went virtual in 2020 – in the midst of a global pandemic. This was a community-building effort the firm is proud of.

It is community initiatives such as the Coleman Greig Challenge and Women in Business that make a difference in not only our employee’s lives but those in the Greater Sydney community.”
