Coleman Greig Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Tohme as Principal Lawyer and Team Leader of its Property Services team, effective 1 July 2025.
Chris is a senior property lawyer with extensive experience advising corporate and government clients on complex property transactions. His practice covers all aspects of property law, with particular strength in acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial and agricultural properties, including large portfolio transactions.

Chris has significant experience in commercial, industrial and retail leasing, regularly advising on large-scale lease portfolios and helping clients manage both day-to-day and complex leasing arrangements. He has also worked on real estate and infrastructure development projects, and provides strategic advice on joint ownership agreements, titling and subdivisions, due diligence, and a wide range of real estate transactions. He brings a commercially focused and solutions-driven approach to every matter, supporting clients across all phases of property transactions.

Coleman Greig has built a strong reputation in property law, with over five decades of combined experience across acquisitions, sales, leasing, planning, development and construction. The firm regularly works with government departments, private companies, multinational subsidiaries, national retailers, property developers and utility companies, delivering practical, commercially focused advice across a wide range of matters.
Chris holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. He will be based in the firm’s head office in Parramatta.
