Christopher’s background covers business psychology, coaching and HR consulting. For over 17 years Christopher has been supporting both individuals and organisations with their talent and career management in Australian, European, US and Asian markets.

With a psychology degree and a postgraduate qualification in Organisational Psychology, Christopher’s studies have also covered coaching, wellbeing, neuro-leadership and change management.

Christopher’s experience includes working with Morgan & Banks HR Consulting and Hudson Global Resources in strategic talent management.

With a passion for supporting career success, Christopher launched ALCHEMY Career Management in 2009 offering three key support areas: career transition, staff engagement and Wellness@Work.
