Terry is an experienced Sydney based Adviser, consulting with numerous manufacturers and enabling technology companies over the last seven years. These businesses include advanced manufacturing sectors comprising food manufacturing, printing, engineering, marine, information technology and environmental services.

Terry has developed strong business networks with Councils, Business Enterprise Centres, Chambers of Commerce and was a member of the organising committee for the Southern Strength Manufacturing Cluster. He is experienced in change management, continuous improvement and major client implementation projects.

Prior business experience over 25 years includes roles as NSW State Manager of an information logistics company, General Manager of an award winning printing business and State Operations Manager of a major direct marketing and mail house. Terry has a Grad. Dip Bus (HR), GAICD and qualifications in Probe Accreditation, Integrated Quality Systems Auditing, Production and Operations Management, Six Sigma and Technical Project Management.
