Liam Zisis is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Employment Law Team.

He has experience dealing predominately with unfair dismissal and general protections claims and can assist in matters including bullying and discrimination claims, general employment-related disputes, Fair Work Ombudsman investigations and compliance matters, and the calculation of employee entitlements.

Liam works with small and medium size enterprises (SMEs), as well as larger national clients and subsidiaries of larger multinational clients. Liam’s clients exist in an array of industries, including but not limited to:

- Manufacturing;
- Retail;
- Wholesale;
- Food and hospitality;
- Transport;
- Support services;
- Health and medical; and
- Education

An objective for Liam is to gain an understanding of his client’s history and goals as a business. This guides his approach in a tailored way consistent with the client’s business and specific needs, ensuring that they are comfortable each step of the way in addressing the matter.

Liam’s communication style is to keep things simple and easy to understand. He ensures clients are treated with the priority and respect they all deserve. Liam adopts a commercial approach in assisting his clients in acknowledging that they are still businesses at the end of the day and the success of their business remains paramount.

Liam is admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW and in the High Court of Australia.

During his university studies, Liam volunteered at the Inner City Legal Centre.
